- Diagnosed and mitigated high-impact production issues across monolithic and microservices architectures on GKE, collaborating with engineering teams in the US, Korea, and Philippines.
- Designed and implemented two new features in a 13+ year-old legacy codebase with event-driven architecture, integrating with multiple microservices while maintaining system stability.
- Improved system reliability through targeted bug fixes, rigorous code reviews, and technical design documentation aligned with Google’s SDLC practices.
- Streamlined development workflows using GitLab Flow and trunk-based development, and built CI pipelines with GitHub Actions.
